Ink Factory has so much potential! It is a really new spot (only open a couple of months when we stopped in) and they are trying really hard to be a cool hip place to drink. This was a little bit of a turnoff for us as their tap list was majority IPA’s which are the thing to brew right now. It was a larger building that shared its space with a workspace and a coffee shop. They had a cool rooms with a projector tv and some arcade games. I had the Sip N Destroy (American Lager) and it was okay! Not the best easy drinking beer I've had but kind of my only option since I am a little pickier when it comes to beer. Bailey had the Florivana, a Hazy IPA brewed with Grape Must. It was listed as a beer/wine hybrid and tasted just like that. Overall, we’d probably come back to this place if we were in the area in a few years and see how it's grown! - R
